Our warehouse is organized into zones, with pickers assigned to specific areas. This zone picking method reduces travel time, increases efficiency, and allows our team to develop expertise in their assigned product areas.
For multi-item orders spanning multiple zones, items are picked in parallel and consolidated at packing stations—keeping throughput high without sacrificing accuracy.
Every order is packed with care using appropriate materials for the products being shipped. We use void fill to prevent movement and damage during transit, and select box sizes to minimize dimensional weight charges while protecting contents.
For fragile or high-value items, we apply extra protection. Custom packaging and branded materials can be accommodated based on your requirements.
